installation and retrofit

As a manufacturer and installer certified by various federal and provincial authorities, Protexplo manufactures the most high-performing magazine doors on the market while adhering to related standards. The locking system is equipped with Abloy cylinders with "factory restricted keying" classification, making key copying impossible for a regular locksmith. We offer installation, repair, and maintenance of doors and locksmith services across Canada.

Installation Type 1

Type 1 magazines are permanent magazines manufactured according to building code. Although we do not manufacture Type 1 magazines, we can fabricate and install the doors.

Replacement - Retrofit

Doors of magazines manufactured before the issuance of standards related to industrial explosive magazines (2001) are no longer compliant. We can simply remedy the situation by replacing the door. Here is the link to the door replacement request form.
